Agreement to these terms
By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to make a purchase.
Products and services
Gentle Pet Services LLC provides dog training education, digital resources, virtual support, and local services that may be offered from time to time. The description, price, included materials, delivery method, availability, and any offer-specific conditions shown at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with us.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You authorize Gentle Pet Services LLC and Stripe, our current payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown before purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the content. You may download, save, and print copies for your own household unless an offer states otherwise. You may not copy, resell, publish, upload, share, distribute, alter for resale, or use the materials to create a competing product or service.
Appointments, cancellations, and refunds
Any cancellation, rescheduling, delivery, or refund terms displayed with a specific offer or communicated before booking apply to that purchase. If no offer-specific policy is provided, contact us promptly at gentlepetsvc@gmail.com so we can review the circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
Training participation and safety
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog, including known health concerns, aggression, bites, or safety risks. You are also responsible for following safety instructions, supervising your dog, using suitable equipment, and controlling your dog as required by law. We may pause or end an activity when we believe safety is at risk.
No guarantee
We will provide the product or service described, but we do not guarantee a particular training, behavior, business, or personal outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control. Review the Disclaimer for important health, behavior, and safety limitations.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, violate another person’s rights, use the website unlawfully, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, branding, frameworks, downloads, videos, and other materials belong to Gentle Pet Services LLC or are used with permission. Gentle Pet Services, Communication Reset™, SPEAK™, and related names and branding may not be used without written permission, except as the law allows.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe. We do not control third-party websites or their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentle Pet Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, a digital product, or a service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that may lawfully be limited to a location will take place in a court with jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply going forward. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
